Just downloaded the new iOS weather app and it has all the features I use from Dark Sky.

I even prefer the interface!

For what it's worth, I often enjoy when Apple absorbs apps. I thought they did a fantastic job with Shortcuts.

It is, but it's also removable. They probably uninstalled it before Apple started to reimplement Dark Sky in Weather.
